Buying from us is simple! Our postage is based on package size and we charge Royal Mail prices plus a 50p packaging & handling fee:
- UK Postage (2nd Class Large Letter) - from £2.05
- UK Postage (2nd Class Small Parcel) - £3.75
- UK Postage (2nd Class Medium Parcel) - £6.85
We also ship to all countries worldwide - contact us to confirm shipping cost.
All items are sent at the buyer's own risk. If you want to add tracking, choose the relevant option at Checkout.
If payment is via PayPal we will send your items to the address provided by PayPal, please ensure your correct address is up to date with them.
Parts
New parts listed are from brand new parted-out sets or the Pick-A-Brick wall.
Used parts are not new. The vast majority of our used parts are in excellent condition, however some may be in played-with condition and should be ordered with this in mind. We don't sell broken items or badly faded/marked parts.
Used parts are cleaned and checked before shipping.
If we send an incomplete order, or there are wrong parts contained in it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reach an amicable solution.
Variations: LEGO® produces parts that over time are altered slightly creating a new variation of the same part, which can be very hard to distinguish when sorting - occasionally these may be listed incorrectly. We try our best to be accurate when listing, but mistakes can occur so if the part you require specifically needs to be a correct variation please check before ordering.
All items are stored in a smoke free environment, so new parts are shipped guaranteed smoke free. Used parts may have been subject to smoke in the past but the worst items are thrown out.
Due to the age and production run of used parts they may be slight colour variances between parts/items. We can't guarantee that all parts will have exactly the same colour tone, but we will and try and match where possible.
If we find when preparing an order that there are missing/incorrect parts we will inform the buyer immediately to discuss a resolution.
Limits
We have no lot limits! We know that sometimes a buyer needs just a couple of these or one of those and that's fine by us. We may put all the parts into one bag for you to sort. This saves us time and saves you money as we can try to make your order fit a Large Letter package, rather than a Small Parcel.
We may still try and split things into a couple of bags to help you out, by size or colour for example.
Where possible, your parcel will be shipped in a cardboard box, rather than a bubble envelope.
Orders and Payment
Please advise us when ordering if you would like the order left open and let us know when you have finished adding. We usually hold orders open for seven days.
All invoices are to be paid within three days of receipt unless otherwise agreed, please let us know if you intend to add to your order.
We update the Order Status at the earliest opportunity through each stage of the order process, and you can check the status on your 'Orders Placed' page.
We offer Instant Checkout. Orders which require manual invoicing will be sent within 24 hours.
Payment is accepted using PayPal or Stripe. Your shipping address MUST be stated on your payment and Brick Owl order.
Shipping
We usually ship all items (once paid for) within 24-48 hours. This timing may vary depending on the time of year. If there is a significant delay in shipping we will let you know. We will use Royal Mail for shipping the majority of orders, occasionally we will use other couriers for heavier orders.
We visit the Post Office every working day, so we ship 5 times a week (and additionally on Saturdays) which ensures a speedy service.
We will not ship to a PO Box address as Royal Mail do not cover this in the event of loss or damage.
Customers outside of the UK: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information or for customs policy queries. When ordering from Brick Owl, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which you are receiving/sending the goods.
Feedback
We work hard to ensure that your parcel contains everything you've ordered but occasionally we make mistakes (whether that be a missing part or a non-LEGO® piece). Before leaving negative feedback, please give us the opportunity to fix the problem and get in touch straight away.
