We aim to offer a first class service to all of our customers, and make the buying experience from us a positive one.

 

We are always adding to the variety of parts held in our store, and we always ensure that any used parts we sell aren't broken, marked, chipped or chewed 

 

All of our parts are stored out of direct sunlight,  and come from a smoke-free home.

 

Occasionally we may inventory a part incorrectly - if this happens when you've placed an order we will contact you before shipment to discuss a resolution.

 

We work hard to ensure that your parcel contains everything you've ordered but occasionally we make mistakes (whether that be a missing part or a non-LEGO® piece). Before leaving negative feedback, please give us the opportunity to fix the problem and get in touch straight away. 

 

If you have any questions regarding our terms or have any special requests, please ask before placing an order. If you have any problems with an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out.
